Note: The thickness of wood board shall be subject to the height increase of the wood board, or fabricated with angle iron.
3.1制作樣板架:
根據(jù)本電梯布置圖上注明的尺寸用不易變形的干木料制成,四面刮平并要求絕對平直,必時亦可用角鋼制成,木板規(guī)格與建筑提升高度有關,見下表:(樣板架平面示意圖見圖3-1)。
3.1 Fabrication of template frame:
The template frame is made of deformation-resistant dry timber according to the dimensions specified on the elevator layout drawing. The four sides should be stroke off and absolutely straight. If necessary, it can also be made of angle bar. The specification of wood board is correlative to architectural hoisting height. See the following table (refer to Diagram 3-1 for the plan sketch of template frame).
第四章 電梯機房承重梁的安裝
Chapter 4 Installation of Machine Supporting Beams in Elevator Machine Room
4.1承重梁的安裝應符合下列要求:
4.1.1兩端埋入墻內時,其埋入深度應超過墻厚中心20毫米,且不應小于75毫米(對磚墻,梁下應墊以鋼筋混凝土梁,(見圖4-1));
4.1.2承重梁上平面(A面)的水平度誤差不應超過1/1000,相鄰之間的高度允差2毫米。(見圖4-2)
4.1 The installation of machine supporting beams shall meet the following requirements:
4.1.1 When the two ends are embedded in the wall, the embedding depth shall be more than 20mm from wall thickness center and less than 75mm (as for brick wall, reinforced beam should be cushioned under the beams, see Diagram 4-1);
4.1.2 The horizontal error of the upper plane (A) of machine supporting beams shall not exceed 1/1000. The neighboring height tolerance is 2mm. (See Diagram 4-2)

    承重梁必須按照布置圖的要求,轎廂中心位置安放正確,即對正樣板架中心,在井道兩面所需插入梁的墻上留孔或鑿孔,在機房樓板平面上最好在有承重梁安置的地方留一狹長孔洞,或者機房樓板不封頂待裝完承重梁后進行封頂。
Machine supporting beams must comply with the layout drawing. The central position of lift car should be placed correctly, i.e. opposite to the center of template frame. Provide or punch holes on the wall inserted with beams at the two faces of hoistway. It is better to provide a long and narrow hole at the place where machine supporting beams are placed on the machine room slab plane, or the machine room slab is left uncapped and is so after installing machine supporting beams.

5.1.5在采用彈簧緩沖器的情況下,彈簧緩沖器的安裝要保持垂直。
5.1.6緩沖器中心應對準轎架或對重的緩沖座的中心,允差在20毫米以內。
5.1.5 When spring buffer is adopted, its installation shall keep vertical.
5.1.6 The center of buffer shall be aligned with the center of car frame or counterweight buffer seat. The tolerance shall be within 20mm.
第五章 緩沖器的安裝
Chapter 5 Installation of Buffer
緩沖器的選用:
Selection of buffer:
緩沖器有彈簧緩沖器及液壓緩沖器兩種,且分為轎廂緩沖器和對重緩沖器,安裝在轎廂架和對重架下面的井道底坑內。當轎廂在超載10%并以限速器允許的最大速度下降時,緩沖器應能承受相應的沖擊。它是電梯的重要安全部件之一,根據(jù)電梯的速度進行選用。
Buffer falls into spring buffer and hydraulic buffer, or car buffer and counterweight buffer, which are installed in the well pit under car frame and counterweight housing. When the lift car is descending with 10% overload and at the maximum speed allowed by speed governor, the buffer shall bear corresponding impact. It is an important safety part of elevator, and shall be selected as per the speed of elevator.
5.1.2轎廂下梁.對重蹲簧板至緩沖器的越程S1、S2應符合表5-1的規(guī)定。或按電梯土建總體布置圖規(guī)定尺寸進行施工。
5.1.2 Car frame plank. The overruns (S1, S2) from counterweight springboard to buffer shall be in conformity with Table 5-1, or constructed as per the specified dimensions of the overall civil engineering layout drawing.

5.1.3液壓緩沖器的安裝要垂直。在活動柱塞的頂部和底部傾斜度不超過0.5毫米(即垂直度、歪斜A-B之差應圖5-1b中的直以內)。
5.1.3 The installation of hydraulic buffer should be vertical. The inclination at the top and bottom of the movable plunger shall not exceed 0.5mm (i.e. the different of verticality and skewness A-B shall be within the value specified in Diagram 5-1b).
5.1.4在同一基礎上安裝兩個液壓緩沖器時其水平誤差不超過2毫米(圖5-1c)。
5.1.4 When two hydraulic buffers are installed on the same base, the horizontal error shall not exceed 2mm (Diagram 5-1c).
第六章 對重裝置安裝
Chapter 6 Installation of Counterweight Device
6.1在對重導軌的中心處由底坑起約5~6米高的地方懸吊一個牢固的環(huán)鏈手拉葫蘆,用其將對重架吊起。
6.2根據(jù)不同底坑深度及轎廂下梁和緩沖器計算轎廂和對重碰緩沖器的行程S
   即  S=P-(A+B)──轎廂和對重碰緩沖器的行程
      H=S+C──對重距離底坑深度
      P──底坑深度
      A──轎廂門坎平面至下梁碰板的距離
      B、C──緩沖器頂面至底坑底平面的距離。
6.1 A firm chain block is hung 5-6 meters above the pit at the center of counterweight guide rail to sling counterweight housing.
6.2 Calculate the stroke(S) of car buffer and counterweight buffer according to different pit depths and car frame plank and buffer
i.e. S= P-(A+B)──stroke of car buffer and counterweight buffer
     H=S+C──counterweight distance pit depth
     P──Pit depth
A──Distance from car threshold plane to plank bumping board
B, C──Distance from buffer top to pit base plane.

6.3 根據(jù)計算出的距離將對重架吊起至所需高度用木楞支好,將兩邊上、下導靴裝好。調整導靴與導軌的吻合,保證能自由上、下滑動,不得有偏斜或者有切割導軌現(xiàn)象。如用滑動的死導靴,則導靴內頂面與導軌頂面間之間隙調整至2毫米,然后將平衡鐵由下而上地裝到對重架內。
  對重裝置總重=轎廂總重量+40~50%額定載荷。
6.4 對于有動滑輪的對重裝置同時把滑輪裝好。
6.5 當對重平衡鐵裝到所需重量后,把對重架兩側立柱定位角鐵與立柱配鉆后用螺栓牢固住,以免在正常運行中發(fā)出碰撞之聲。
6.3 Sling the counterweight housing according to the calculated distance up to the required height and set it up with wood shuttle. Install the top and bottom guide shoe at the two sides. Adjust the guide shoe to coincide with the guide rail, ensuring it can slide freely upwards and downwards without deviation or cutting guide rail. In case of using slideable dead guide shoe, adjust the clearance between the inner top surface and top surface of guide rail to be 2mm, and then install balance iron from bottom to top into the counterweight housing.
Total weight of counterweight device=total weight of lift car+40-50% rated load.
6.4 As for counterweight devices with a fall block, the fall block should be installed at the same time.
6.5 When the counterweight balance iron is up to the required weight, drill the upright positioning angle iron at the two sides of the counterweight housing with the upright and fix them with bolts, so as not to cause impact sound during normal operation.
6.6安裝簡單方法如下:
   將轎廂內多余物品拿出轎廂,按額定載荷的40%的重物加入轎廂(如額定載荷1000kg時為400kg),電梯從一樓往頂樓上行,到行程的中間位置時,記錄電流值;再將電梯從頂樓往一樓,運行到中間位置時,記錄電流值。再加載到45%,按前述運行,并記錄電流值;在做完50%的額定載荷后,根據(jù)所記錄的電流值,在平衡系數(shù)測試坐標上畫出上、下行的二條電流曲線,其交點應在40%--50%之間。
6.6 The simple methods for installation are as follows:
Take superfluous objects out of lift car, put in 40% weight to the lift car as per rated load (400 kg when the rated load is 1000kg), and record current value when the elevator travels to the halfway from the first floor to the top floor; record current value when the elevator travels to the halfway from the top floor to the first floor. Put in 45% weight to the lift car and operate the elevator as per the aforesaid procure to record current value; when it is up to 50% of the rated load, draw up two current curves for ascending and descending on the balance coefficient coordinate, and the point of intersection shall be within 40%-50%.
6.7對重如沒有安全鉗裝置的,應在未進入井道前將有關零件裝妥。
6.7 Where the counterweight device has no safety gear, relevant parts should be installed before entering hoistway.
